About WaveMotion

WaveMotion is a free music visualizer. It runs in your browser, listens to a song or to separate stems, and turns that into an audio-reactive music video you can export as an MP4. No account, and no watermark.

Most visualizers react to the whole mix at once. WaveMotion lets a kick, a bassline or a vocal drive its own part of the picture. You can start from a template, edit on a timeline, and make a lyric video by pasting lyrics or an LRC file. Export 16:9 for YouTube or 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. The render happens on your computer, so the audio stays there.

We built WaveMotion as a spinoff of WaveVisual, the sound wave art tool used for prints, posters and short animations. WaveMotion uses the same spectrum analysis and goes further: a music video that moves for the length of the track.

The studio is free today. Paid plans may come later, and the price will be on the pricing page before you pay. Open the studio.
