Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms govern your use of wavemotion.app, the WaveMotion music visualizer studio, and the videos you export from it. If you do not agree to them, do not use WaveMotion.

Who operates WaveMotion

WaveMotion is made by the makers of WaveVisual and is operated by Ozan Tunca, registered in Berlin, Germany. Contact: [email protected].

The music visualizer

WaveMotion is a free music visualizer that runs in your browser. You can add a song or its stems, edit a timeline, make a lyric video, and export an MP4. Export renders on your computer. We do not ask you to create an account.

No account needed

Projects are stored in your browser. Anyone with access to that browser can open them. If you clear your browser data, you may lose projects you have not exported. We do not keep a copy of your studio project on our servers.

Your content and rights

You keep ownership of the audio, images, lyrics and other material you add. You confirm that you have the rights to use them. Because the studio processes that material on your device, you do not grant us a licence to host your song.

Acceptable use

You must not use WaveMotion to create or distribute content that:

We may refuse service if we believe these terms were broken, or if needed for security or legal compliance.

Price

The music visualizer, including MP4 export, is free. There is no watermark and no charge. We may introduce paid features later. If we do, the price and what it covers will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell a video export today.

WaveMotion content and intellectual property

The website, studio, templates, software, branding and copy are owned by WaveMotion / WaveVisual or their licensors. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or reverse engineer them except as allowed by law. You may use the videos you export for personal or commercial purposes if your content and its use are lawful.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

WaveMotion is provided "as is" and "as available". Export depends on your browser and computer, and we do not guarantee that every export completes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product or the law changes. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to tell users. The date at the top of this page is when these terms were last updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
